SIX WAYS TO WIN FRIENDS
There are six ways you can win friends. Below I show you how it is done.
- 1. Introduce yourself to others at any given opportunity. In gatherings, meetings, church, and everywhere. You have to be the first to say ‘hello’.
- 2. You have to make sure the other person gets your information especially your name straight.
- 3. You have to make sure you pronounce the other person’s name the way he pronounces it.
- 4. You have to make sure you correctly write and spell the other person’s name.
- 5. Follow up on the new friend either with a note or a phone call. Successful people always do this. By following up you create a channel for understanding.
- 6. Always say pleasant things to those you meet. Even with strangers always say pleasant things.
