Many have accepted their faith and have no desire to move forward. They now see poverty as the will of God for their lives since according to them they have tried everything and it’s not working.

1. 2 Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- The Christian walk with God is a walk of faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. As a Christian you should have faith in God and know that he has blessed you with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. You must confess you are rich and avoid negative confessions. Don’t see the poverty or lack but see the riches you have in Christ
2. Mark 11:2:4. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
- The second verse is about desire. If your desires are weak, you will have weaker results. You should have strong desires when it comes to being rich. What are riches for you? Is it 1 Million USD or 100 Million USD? Make your choice.

- Prayer is another powerful way a Christian can actually get something from God. In 1 king 3, King Solomon prayed and God answered and gave him wisdom, riches and wealth. You too can ask God for wealth, wisdom and riches.
4. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-14.
- King James Version (KJV) and that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; that ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.
- As a Christian you have to work with your hands. Do something that God can bless. You cannot sit at home doing nothing or praying while others are working expecting God to operate in your life financially. You have to do something for God to bless it.
5. Proverbs 20:13.
- Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty; open thine eyes, and thou shalt be satisfied with bread. Sleep is good but too much Sleep is very dangerous. You should wake up early and work on your productive activities. Avoid too much sleep if you want to be rich.
6. 1 Corinthians 15:33. Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.”
- The saying goes true ‘show me your friends and I will tell you who you are’. As a Christian you need to avoid poverty and toxic people at all cost. If you want to be rich you have to keep company with successful people.
7. Proverbs 21:17.
- He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich. If you want to be rich, avoid wine and strong drinks; they lead to poverty. Avoid pleasures and worldly things. Work according to God’s standard and believe in his word.
8. Luke 6:38.
- Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” If you want to be rich as a Christian learn to give to others. Become a blessing with the little you have. If you cannot give with the little you have then you cannot give when you have much.
9. Proverbs 23:7.
- For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. As you think you become. If you think you are rich then you have activated the force for your riches but if you think you are poor then you will be poor.
10. Job 42:10.
- And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed, the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. The last bible verse is based on perseverance. You have to persevere and not give up. Never give up on your dreams, goals and aspirations.
