Man receives 50-year prison sentence for sexually abusing child for ‘several years’
- A man has been sentenced for 50 years for sexually abusing a child for years. A jury found him guilty of abusing the child and he was punished accordingly.
- Wilfredo Aguilar-Pineda, 33 has been sentenced to 50 years for abusing his victim since she was a child.
- Aguilar-Pineda was found with first-degree rape including sodomizing his victim and second-degree rape. All sums up to 2 counts for each offense. He will be transferred to the Oregon Department of Corrections to carry out his sentence.
