Making other people feel important rewards you because it makes you look important too.
1. Always appreciate other people.
You must learn to appreciate other people. When you appreciate other people you add more value to their lives. Never let other people feel like they are unimportant. Instead, make them feel important. When you make people feel important they will in return make you feel important.
Always make other people know that you are happy with what they have done for you. When you really make people feel this way they will be motivated to do more for you.
Dont waste your energy and time trying to classify people as being important. Everybody we meet is important and always treat people the same way.
2. Practice calling People by their names.
You must learn to call people by their names. Names are very powerful and we identify ourselves by our names. You must learn to call people’s names well and spell them well. Because everyone values their names.
3. Don't take all the praises for yourself.
You dont have to take all the glory for yourself but share it with your employees. When you share the success with your employees it motivates them. And a motivated employee will be more productive.
