Woman Arrested Accused of Torturing Dogs.
- A woman has been arrested and accused of torturing dogs. ‘WONDERS’. Police seized two dogs from an apartment according to court documents.
- Vikki Davidson, 36, was arrested on July 2 on 24 counts of animal cruelty.
- Police received a call and they went to the home of the supposed accused due to a dog bite and saw that the dogs were malnutrition and malnourished.
- They found 24 dogs and 11 puppies suffering from taste and dehydration. It is said that the house had no water.
- One of the dogs had to eat its puppy due to hunger and the other in very bad shape.
- Davidson is being held in the Washington County Jail on a $10,000 bond and has a court date set for July 22.
